Eleganine A total synthesis

Continuing studies on eleganine A total synthesis, Dr. Smits (Laboratory of CNS Active Compounds) and Dr. Zemribo elaborated a new synthetic approach towards the core of a structurally unique cytotoxic indole alkaloid eleganine A.
