Research to improve diabetes testing

Scientists from Biotechnology group (LIOS) in collaboration with Biomolecular Engineering Laboratory (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) have engineered a novel enzyme to improve the speed and costs of the currently used enzymatic assays for diabetes testing. Research has been published in the journal “Biotechnology & Bioengineering ” (IF = 4.002, 2019).
