Prunus padus L. has been traditionally used in European ethnomedicine as a treatment for internal and external purposes and is mainly used to reduce inflammation, pain and fever. A scientist group from LIOS has published studies providing information regarding the molecular mechanisms responsible for the anti-inflammatory activities of Prunus padus L. flowers. The article is published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology (IF=3.690, 2019).
