Elina Priede, the Project Manager at Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis, received a Widening Bursary award (EARMA Travel Grant Award) to participate in the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) Conference in Prague from April 24th to April 26th, 2023.
During the EARMA conference, Elina Priede had the opportunity to engage in a broad range of lectures and discussions. This provided Elina with additional knowledge about the preparation of project proposals, the possibilities of attracting funding, and the necessary skills of research managers and administrators. Furthermore, the conference served as a platform for networking enabling Elina to establish new contacts among European research managers and administrators while expanding their professional connections.
EARMA Widening Bursary award was intended for motivated applicants from the Widening countries to support their participation in the EARMA Conferences.
