LIOS Innovation Hub is a ‘one-stop shop’ for researchers interested in commercialising their research and other stakeholders (entrepreneurs, industry members, investors, etc.), who are interested to collaborate and use LIOS knowledge and inventions. Thus, LIOS Innovation Hub acts as an interrelation establishing and maintaining close relationship with internal and external participants of LIOS Innovation ecosystem.

LIOS Innovation Hub offers advisory, commercialization, and fundraising services to LIOS researchers to bring the results of their research to the market.

This includes:

  • evaluating of the commercial potential of LIOS inventions;
  • developing IPR strategy for LIOS inventions and subsequent patent filing and maintenance;
  • advisory service to LIOS researchers on different technology transfer aspects, business plan development, fundraising for PoCs;
  • managing deals for technology transfer (e.g., licensing, IP Assignments, spin-outs, and contract research);
  • engaging with potential users and customers of LIOS inventions;
  • organising and participating in innovation events (including events for developing entrepreneurship skills and experience).
